Transit depends on distance. Typical transit time from our USA-NJ Warehouse to our Lagos, Nigeria Warehouse is 10 business days* on average. Shipments to any other city outside of Lagos are estimated to be 14 business days.*
*Due to the effects of Covid-19, transit time has been extended due to airline availability. Please note that all shipping times are estimates.
Delays and/or changes to schedules may occur that are beyond our control however, we will properly notify you in such cases.

We measure by US pounds (lbs.), and every shipment is billed based on either the actual weight or the volume weight (dimensional weight), whichever is greater. Actual weight is computed as the scale weight of the shipment, while the dimensional weight* is analysed as the space the shipment occupies.
Dimensional Weight is calculated as follows:
(Length x Width x Height)/ 166.
*Please keep in mind that dimensional weight is typically used on light but bulky items. (ex. Vehicle Bumpers, Headlamps, disposable plates etc.)
No! Rather we have Flat Rate shipments. Any shipment less than 20 lbs. is assessed at a flat rate fee.
*Please note: Additional fees are assessed if the shipment is sent outside of Lagos, Nigeria.
Payments can be made into our corporate US or Nigerian bank accounts.
Banking information will be provided upon request.
*Please note: Cash is not accepted at our Lagos, Nigeria office.
Absolutely! We encourage all of our clientele to make payments within 5 days of receiving our invoice. We request that all pickups be made within 7 days of delivery.
*Please note: After the 7th business day, a storage fee will automatically be charged.
Lagos shipments are available for pickup at our Warehouse in Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos. We also offer home/office delivery at an additional cost, please contact us for details.
Friday at 3pm(EST) for air freight items to Nigeria.

Yes! We are able to provide insurance upon request. This service is provided at an additional cost to the customer, further information can be provided upon request.
Yes! However, this is contingent upon the nature and quantity of goods
and you must provide a valid receipt/invoice with your name and
tracking information.
